Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Summer/Pre-Season Skill Clinic

No refunds.

Upper hand summer camp 10u-12u

Refunds will be considered for major sickness or injury only.

14U Avalanche AA Tournaments

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawal before December 1st, 50% before January 1st, and 25% before February 1st.

Glacier Avalanche Youth Travel

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawal before December 1st, 50% before January 1st, and 25% before February 1st.

Local/House Hockey Programs
